Our job is to provide you with most comprehensive course support so that you can have the ride of your life. Our team of expert cyclists, traffic and event professionals is making sure of it.
That's right. Bring your cell phone with you, and in areas where you can get service (which is not everywhere), you can call us for a little help and we'll dispatch a SAG vehicle your way. Dispatch number will be included in your registration packet.
Please Note: There are many sections of the courses that make frequent trips by our SAG vehicles impractical. You must be prepared to make minor repairs on your own such as a dropped chain or flat tire(s). View a complete list of things to bring with you.
We recommend having your bike tuned and ready to go before event day. If you get surprised and need a last-minute repair, technical assistance will be available from Bicycle Village in the staging area before the ride as well as at each aid station.
Aid stations will be located every 7.4 to 16 miles. They will be equipped with mechanical support, toilet facilities, emegency communications capabilities, energy resupply and rehydration products as well as a variety of high-quality foods for you to choose from. Check back for a detailed product list. View a list of things to bring with you.
